In that rare moment in your life when you have a legend in your presence and you try to act normal but you end up looking stupid and very awkward as if you were 13 years old and your favorite rock star just walked in the room... Well, being in my 40s and having Darrell Mansfield walk into the same room wasn't much different.  I didn't wet my pants, but I was hard pressed to keep my composure.  It was truly an honor to have Darrell behind the CCM-RADIO mics and to be the one (or one of several) interviewing him.  He is so down-to-earth and to watch him live (if you are a Southern Californian anywhere near Orange County) you just have to take the time to see him work the crowd.  It is amazing to see this man work.  If ever there was a person to compare John the Baptist to in modern times.........
